Theme Signage
Design Renaissance can design, produce and install a single sign or an entire suite of theme signage for your housing development or housing estate subdivision.
This signage can be individually designed and purchased by the developer and remains their property or it can be of the more standard type of signage we produce for general real estate and can therefore be rented from Design Renaissance for the period of the development.
Individually designed signage can quite varied in its look. A good example is the 'farm gate' style signage used as a theme throughout the Dalmeney Park subdivision and shown below. We can suggest a range of ideas that may suit your subdivision theme.
At Design Renaissance we prefer to use steel construction because it is much more durable and also digitally printed graphics which provide much more flexibility in design and layout.
Signage for subdivisions can include entrance signs, subdivision map signs, directional signs to the division, motivational signs with images, flags, allotment signs, display home signs, light pole banners, aluminium street signs, vehicle and open inspection sigange for salespeople, and any other signage that you may require.
Another good example of development signage following a theme is the work we did for a smaller subdivision at Jervis. The fully digital graphics were very important here and provided the flexibility needed to apply the logo to a variety of proportions for the various signs. The digital printing process also enabled us to consistently achieve the colour blends evident in the logo.
The signs were constructed with steel which provided a very strong solution which will stand up well to the high winds experienced at Jervis. The developer in this case wanted a pillared style with ball toppers.
